Features

• Weight: approx. 150–200 g
• Characteristic: extremely lightweight – weighs about the same as a banana
• Recommended for: practitioners with shoulder or elbow issues
• Not suitable for: striking practice – the material dents easily due to its nature

Received these bokken today, 07-03-2025. Nice and light in the hand, very suitable for doing repetitive exercises. Shipping takes 14 days.to Belgium .Star less for : The Track and Trace is not in order. Suddenly received a message the same day that the package was being delivered. Problem!, no English communication, only Spanish.
