The delivery of the products will be sent directly by BUDO YA through reliable transport companies.
Regarding the shipping costs and effective delivery time of our products we provide the following information:

In any case, if the user finds any damage to the product as a result of transport, you must inform BUDO YA and the relevant supplier without delay when the product is delivered.
In this regard, we remind you that you have the right to the guarantees and after-sales services established in the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (RDL 1/2007, of 16 November), in its articles 114 and others.
All the products sold by BUDO YA have the guarantee period recognised by the legislation of each of the countries of the user who purchases a product. In Spain the legal guarantee period is three years from delivery.

Changes and returns. Right of withdrawal

As required by the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (RDL 1/2007, of 16 November), we are obliged to inform you that you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty, setting a deadline of fourteen calendar days from receipt of the product. In this case, the user must pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
The user who exercises your right of withdrawal within the time limit will not be obliged to receive the product, and BUDO YA will proceed to refund the purchase price if it has already been paid.
In this regard you should note that the objects must be returned in their original packaging and with all their accessories, if they have, and in perfect condition.
As established in the aforementioned regulation (RDL 1/2007), in its article 103.c we remind you that the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to the supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, such as embroidery with Japanese letters.

In the event that the user wishes to exercise your right of withdrawal, BUDO YA proposes the following as a model to be able to formalize it:

To make a size change the USER must communicate this circumstance by email to: info@budoya.es. To this end, the customer must send the product to BUDO YA at your cost. The customer will be responsible for the transport costs incurred for the exchange or return.
