GENERAL TERMS OF USE.

The access to budoya.es implies the acceptance of the rules of use established in this electronic address, adapted to the regulations in vigour in Spain, and which are presented with total transparency.
In any case, in order to buy any type of blade weapon (katana, tanto...) on the BUDO YA website, it is indispensable to be over 18 years old.

BUDO YA ships all over the world. However, IAITOs are only delivered to countries in the European Union.

USER REGISTRATION.

Registration is NOT a requirement for the purchase of products through www.budoya.es, although registration speeds up the purchase process and allows the user to verify both the order tracking and a history of the order. In the registration process, a user name and password must be chosen. The personal data collected in this registration process will be processed in the terms indicated in the section "Privacy Policy".

PROCESO DE COMPRA

After the order has been placed, you will immediately receive an email confirming receipt of the order and the start of processing. In any case, a tracking number is provided for the order which you can access from your registration area.
If BUDO YA no longer has the product you have requested, we will inform you of this within a short time. In this case, we will offer you another product of similar characteristics that have the same or superior quality. In this case, the user will decide whether to accept this proposal or exercise his right of withdrawal and resolution, not requiring the direct costs of return, if the product has already been received.
In the total price you can clearly see the part corresponding to VAT and the corresponding shipping costs.
As for the ADMITTED PAYMENT METHODS, we accept payment by bank transfer and by credit card through POS with SSL security protocol.

TERRITORIAL FIELD OF DELIVERY AND WARRANTY.

The products will be delivered directly by BUDO YA by reliable transport companies.
With respect to the shipping costs and effective delivery time of our products we provide you with the following information:

In any case, if the user finds any damage to the product as a result of transport, you must inform BUDO YA and the relevant supplier without delay when the product is delivered.
In this regard, we remind you that you have the right to the guarantees and after-sales services established in the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (RDL 1/2007, of 16 November), in its articles 114 and others.
All the products sold by BUDO YA have the guarantee period recognised by the legislation of each of the countries of the user who purchases a product. In Spain the legal guarantee period is three years from delivery.
As required by the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (RDL 1/2007, of 16 November), we are obliged to inform you that you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty, setting a deadline of fourteen calendar days from receipt of the product. In this case, the user must pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
The user who exercises your right of withdrawal within the time limit will not be obliged to receive the product, and BUDO YA will proceed to refund the purchase price if it has already been paid.
In this regard you should note that the objects must be returned in their original packaging and with all their accessories, if they have, and in perfect condition.
As established in the aforementioned regulation (RDL 1/2007), in its article 103.c we remind you that the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to the supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, such as embroidery with Japanese letters.

This document must be sent by e-mail to info@budoya.es or by post to the following address: BUDO YA, C.B. Calle Valdelga, 4 Tudela de Duero (Valladolid) Spain.

To make a size change the USER must communicate this circumstance by email to: info@budoya.es. To this end, the customer must send the product to BUDO YA at your cost. The customer will be responsible for the transport costs incurred for the exchange or return.

PERSONAL DATA

The process of contracting requires you to fill in personal data forms in order to process and manage orders and, if you authorize it, to send you commercial information about our products and services. The provision of such personal data requires the prior approval of our Privacy Policy.

COPYRIGHT.

We must also inform you that the copyright of all content, including graphic resources and photographs contained in the website www.budoya.es, is held and maintained at all times by BUDO YA, C.B. and, where appropriate, the authors, who have transferred the rights of commercial exploitation. The user recognizes that the unauthorized reproduction, commercialization, public communication, distribution or transformation of such works, except for personal and private use, constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights punishable under current legislation.
In this regard, we inform you that we expressly prohibit any type of commercial distribution of the data, images and graphic resources obtained from this website without the previous authorization in text form from BUDO YA, C.B.
